We reworked the “First 30 Days” framed around what’s most useful when. Then we crafted simple, snackable emails with just the bits that matter at the time. Welcome, check-in, explore and more.

JOB DONE

Customers who went through the test programme reported double the nPS of those who didn’t. People love a simple, clear welcome - who knew?
