We use robots to make things more efficient, but not to replace human thinking or expert craft.

And we never bounce your questions straight into robots. There’s no point. You have robots too.

Here’s how we wrangle ours.

  • Work that needs judgement, strategy or creativity needs a human. For stuff that wants checking, sorting or doing on repeat, robots are fine. Robots can share opinions. They never get a vote.

  • We only use robots that keep your stuff safe. We don't share it with training models or stash it forever on a server. So secrets stay secret. Like always.

  • A human takes ownership of anything a robot does. Everything gets seen before it's sent and it's never okay to hide behind a robot. It's only a robot.

  • We only use robots in the middle of things. Never to get started or shape the final work. Less "human in the loop." More "humans are the loop."
