Spark needed to move over half-a-million email customers to a new email provider. That meant everyone needed to sign in and validate their email accounts. A boring task - but essential.

SOLUTION

We positioned the ‘validate journey’ as “give permission to bring your email home”. Working closely with digital teams we created a simple and seamless journey through multiple channels all of them asking permission to “bring email home”.

JOB DONE

Just about everyone was moved without hassle or issue saving Spark hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential complications and personal follow ups.
