Spark needed to let people know that they would gradually be retiring their 3G mobile network - without scaring the horses.

OUR HUNCH

We all know technology changes. We just need to remember how awesome that can be.

SOLUTION

Goodbye 3G. Hello Tomorrow. We dived in with nostalgia, reminding people how they used their mobiles in the past before highlighting that most people were already up to speed and driving questions to some simple FAQs.

JOB DONE

We went wide with the news (on socials, email and SMS) and had very few calls to the contact centre. People got it.
