PROJECT LEAD

As a Project Lead, you’ll be an expert-level Project Manager who can bring great thinking, grow strong relationships, and know how to get the best from people as we all work together to deliver for our clients.

One minute you’ll be chatting with clients, bringing your smarts to refine a brief. Next you’ll be wrangling the team, cuddling chaos and engineering awesome to do amazing work.

You’ll be tight on process, clear in communication, brilliant with budgets and know how to have a laugh.

People will look to you to be a safe pair of hands. So you’ll know your stuff, have an opinion and confidently plan ahead while juggling the needs of the day to day.

Ultimately your job is about confidence, communication and passion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the project. You’ll stay on top of what’s needed when and keep a watching eye on timings and budgets. We’ll lean on you to keep the train on track.

  • Love your craft. You’ll seamlessly deliver projects and work closely with others to drive quality, accuracy and efficiency in the work they do.

  • Help juggle numbers. You’ll be expert at wrangling spreadsheets and budgets. Crafting estimates, sending bills and landing each month on the number you planned.

  • Think big picture. You’ll have a good understanding of the business and how you can create opportunity and drive efficiency to help the whole team thrive.

  • Ask for help. You’ll be hungry to learn and happily raise a flag if you expert input or extra support.

    Plus, we nearly always do Fridays from home. It’s a great time to catch up on stuff. And once you’re done, you can relax and kick back.

  • Every project is different, so chances are you’ll be learning new stuff every day. Plus extra time for formal training to pick up skills you never knew you had.
